Relaxed environment as far as rules and protocol. You have to make a lot of mistakes to loose your job.

Cons

Poor leadership. Low morale. No room for advancement. Low pay and since Scion took over benefits are poor as well.

- there a few nice people here - good doctors

Cons

- very low pay for what is expected of you - clear favoritism shown to certain employees - no appreciation, no matter how hard you work - no room for growth & no learning opportunities - no real training provided.. you sink or swim - some employees get away with doing nothing with no repercussions - ignored by higher ups.. why bother speaking up or asking for help if you aren’t being heard or actually listened to - management is out of touch Sadly, this is the only place I’ve worked where I felt so unimportant and unappreciated. Mental health suffered because of it.
