      Almost 5 years with company, no yearly review, no raise.

      Pros

      Manager is great. Good home -life balance. $500 a year for licensing, shoes. Slightly higher starting salary than some companies in my area.

      Cons

      No raises. I have been with this company almost 5 years. I am starting to look for another job. I'm happy there. I'm in a great building but year after year we are not giving a review and a raise. It's just disrespectful when a company earns this much money and it does not to share some of it with the workers who make that possible.

      Pays well compared to other rehab companies in the area

      Cons

      Very money hungry, care more about productivity than the clinical judgment of their employees. It often felt like the therapists were the ones to blame when there were reasons out of our control for low productivity or patients not being seen.
