      Pros

      The rate of pay and healthcare coverage is good. You'll receive wealth of experience there.

      Cons

      The condition of the patients there is post critical. You will have to work hard for what you get. Compassion is a must but unfortunately the management makes it hard for you to do your work above par. There are no longer any incentives other than time- and- a- half for extra hours that you put in.

      Pros

      Good benefits, life insurance, dental, health insurance. Only 6 paid holidays a year. Vending machines in the employee lounge. Nothing else good enough for a "pro."

      Cons

      Everything else. You get attacked a lot, Neurological behavioral patients. The staff either don't care and let anything happen or they work hard and then the lazy people think that they can take advantage of the hard workers. The smell is disgusting, people sit in their dirty diapers all day without being changed. I do not recommend.
