Pros

Not many these days,have not seen a pro in over a year.

Cons

Downsizing is a way to put it. Cut more than 75% of our hospice staff due to a dropping census no possible way to take pto with no back up staff. Work every day to cover the visits needed for kindred at home

The Kindred culture was awesome until they purchased Gentiva. Why Kindred chose to let a losing company run their company baffles me to no end.
