      Pros

      Good compensation/wages: good, strong senior management that is focused on the business: internal advancement opportunities both within and across teams.

      Cons

      Health benefit package is standard at best. Some team performance requirements are stressful on personal life. As a growth company, staffing increases don't come as fast as the work load.

      good to start, down hill for past two to three years

      Pros

      I like working for a company that is actually helping someone and healthcare fits that bill. I am thankful for a job, at least - it could be worse, as we all well know.

      Cons

      The employees were told last year that people due increases in their PTO (paid time off) hours would not be receiving the increase, due to the economy. This ban was lifted on 1/1/2011, to the delight of the employees. What they did not tell us is that we now do not get our increase until our NEXT anniversary date, BUT, and this is the kicker, the people who have reached their milestone dates (5 year, 10 year) anniversaries on or after 1/1/2011 ARE already receiving their increase. SO, the people who were passed by last year have to wait and continue to be passed over in favor of employees with a year less service time. Where is the justice in this???

      low wages too much delegation and not accountability.
