The people I worked with have an excellent sense of humor. You will gain experience with this company, enough to move on.

Cons

Not a good place to stay and make your career. Good, capable staff driven away and replaced with ones who are terrible; and those are the ones that stay. Complaints are ignored, nothing gets resolved. This company is abusive to the staff and hire people who are either bullies or meek; the ones who realizes this, leaves. Managers make things up to write-up staff. It's hard to stay at this company. CEO threatens to fire all of the staff and start over. The compensation in this company is not competitive. It's the lowest in the market as they can possibly get away with.

The amazing and talented people, who work hard and care about the work we do. The many patient success stories, that have improved so many lives!

Cons

Current federal legislation which mandates unrealistic Medicare reimbursement cuts in a time when more patients are aging into Medicare who need our help. Patients are not numbers!!
