      Kind people, reasonable pay, supportive of employees for the most part

      Cons

      No company culture to speak of. Work hours can be very heavy depending on your role. Uninteresting work. Very dependent on two clients. Not progressive. Morale has decreased a lot in the last few years and is particularly bad lately after major changes in management.

      You have options to move around different departments within the company. Good union, Job security, Good benefits, Vacation/Sick days and Pension plan.

      Cons

      For new hires it is hard to work with over experienced employees here. Management is biased sometimes. Newcomers and their ideas aren’t that welcomed.
