Pros
The people are hard working and easy to get along with. The company is small and growing and may appeal to folks who are interested in that kind of environment. Some very high quality individuals work there.
Cons
Not much room for growth. You'll be happier in this position if your professional interests are narrowly focused because there isn't real opportunity to grow in multiple directions and to do different kinds of work. The narrow focus in job function is part of what helps Kineo run. Work-life balance can be difficult to maintain, in part because of the small size of the company (if not based in the UK) and in part because sometime estimates on the amount of effort/time to execute can be off the mark.
