      Pros

      Great people- everyone truly has a heart for service/helping others. The PTO plan of 24 days right off the bat is unbeatable. The atmosphere is second to none- rewarding, open and not competitive (unless it is for fun).

      Cons

      I can't think of anything I didn't know going in. The pay scale is low but that is expected with a non-profit.
