      Pros

      This organization has gone through an amazing transformation since I have been here (20+ years). Current leadership has taken this organization to a whole new level. This is not lazy leadership! They have ambition and make calculated decisions taking information from all levels into consideration. Culture and the right hires are important here.

      Cons

      You don't get discounts on products or services like you would if you worked for Whirlpool or profit sharing like you would at a for profit, but the benefits of doing good work in the community and for the community makes up for it.
