      Close knit Culture, team based structure! Everyone seems to strive to perform at their very best, every day!

      Pros

      These people really care about their employees (even interns). Not a lot of micromanagement. They were very flexible with my schedule. I was trusted to complete tasks on my own. Unique management structure. No silos. Everyone is in constant communication - even between departments. They value input from everyone - they asked the interns to put together a presentation for management with our perspective on how the company can improve.

      Cons

      Disorganized at times. New internship program - didn't seem to know what to do with us at times. Internship program was cut short for budgeting purposes. Hard to stay occupied at times.

      Our internship has really developed in the past year, we now have a better-structured program and recruit students from all over the U.S. to come to SW to help make an impact.
