- Great PTO/work-life balance - Benefits are good - Room for advancement - Open door policy with management I want to love it all the time, but sometimes it's difficult.

Cons

- Rollercoaster type of environment, sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's really difficult - So much movement that it's difficult to get good at anything before it changes - Two year swing with lots of turnover
