Pros

Great people- everyone truly has a heart for service/helping others. The PTO plan of 24 days right off the bat is unbeatable. The atmosphere is second to none- rewarding, open and not competitive (unless it is for fun).

Cons

I can't think of anything I didn't know going in. The pay scale is low but that is expected with a non-profit.

Pros

Pretty good culture, one of the most laid back, stress free environments that I've worked for. Very easy to connect with team members across the entire organization. Generous PTO and flexible environment.

Cons

Being that it is a non-profit, and in a very small market the pay is not great, but some of the other perks and benefits make up for it. The cost of living in the area is relatively cheap.
