Cons

I cannot think of any cons - there are a number of new people that have joined the team and are learning as quickly as possible all of the services we offer to support individuals.

Most of the staff is incredible Company-issued laptops Open-concept office Some remote work flexibility for some positions

Cons

Out-of-touch leadership Short-sighted High turnover Positions are often left unfilled after staff leave, instead the company opts to spread that workload out over the rest of the team. Wide say-do gap Preaches the Kinexus Core Values, but leadership does not model them
