Kinexus Group offers employees great benefits and work-life balance. My job is mostly remote which gives me so much more flexibility to pursue personal goals outside work, and frees up time I'd otherwise spend commuting. I have more opportunities for PTO at Kinexus Group than I had at previous jobs, and that gives me the ability to enjoy more time with my family throughout the year. The work culture is very respectful of work-life balance, and I've never been required to do work outside of the designated hours. Employees have access to a variety of benefits such as health, dental, EAP, and more. Kinexus Group also prioritizes learning and development, with employees having access to free LinkedIn Learning, and intentional team development time each month. There are a variety of opportunities for employees to get involved and participate in fun activities throughout the year as well, such as volunteering as a team for a local nonprofit.
