Pros

A good team and family based atmosphere Well respected company and timeless furniture Shared commission and good incentives Large demographic of customers/clients Recent role changes in the company which are promising Global business with job opportunities internationally

Cons

Higher commission percentage like competitors Targets are often unachievable to the current market Generally more communication between company departments is needed. Hard to contact other departments from a showroom perspective Usually work over time most days totalling a few extra hours a week - considered 'reasonable overtime' Understaffed and difficult to take annual leave
