      Pros

      Good salary package and bonus scheme, benefits and discounts and lots of internal vacancies for progression.

      Cons

      Expect to work way past 5 and weekends, deadline driven but never enforced, people expect a lot of you and never thank you for the hard work you put in. Managers are a joke no support just more work put on you pass the book type of environment.

      Decent salary and benefits package, opportunities to travel. Will do well if your Irish!!

      Unprofessional, incompetent managers who couldn't run a bath let alone a business. Blame culture. no direction or structure.
