      Pros

      A growing, profitable, innovative and forward looking company. Ability to progress and develop if you are willing to work hard, travel and be flexible. Many training opportunities. Competitive benefits package. Friendly and informal working environment.

      Cons

      It can be a very fast paced environment at times. Some of the factory/office locations are not in very central locations so travel time can add up.

      Pros

      Apart from the short commute there are no Pros. Many of the current staff are extremely dedicated and wiling to help

      Cons

      The culture is very aggressive towards cost savings by sacrificing quality, safety and "fit for purpose" Salaries are well below the industry average. Expectations are to work way over and above regular hours with zero recognition. Management have an "old school" approach to procurement by dealing with Suppliers who are close acquaintances, therefore not ethical Not a forward thinking organisation Little or no HR support.

      Pros

      Low workload and typical Irish relaxing working environment. Pressure only when deadlines approached, which typically only lasted a few days, after which management would just forget about them as priorities.

      Cons

      No motivations to work harder cause everyone else around clearly do not. Very UK/Ireland-focused and a bit nepotistic. Management team was kinda of a joke; many had no idea what they were doing and thus gained no respect from their subordinates.
