Fabulous company with a great attitude and ethos. You work hard and are expected to deliver, but you are rewarded very well. Management are hard but fair and you get a lot of support and encouragement.

Cons

It can get very stressful and demanding, but you never feel like you are being abused of victimised. Long hours and you are expected to travel a lot.

Cons

Toxic culture, poor managers, shocking HR department, corrupt practices, managers doing shady deals to line own pockets. But the pool table and golf simulator makes up for it!
