Excellent exposure to project management from proposal to capex submissions with a requirement to demonstrate payback at entry level. Travel for leadership workshops and graduate program sessions.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. No overtime for entry level non management salaried employees. Pay is consistently well below market value. Tendencies for favoritism for European counterparts given the company's origin.
