Great set of people to work with.
Cons
Department structure is budgeted on a shoe string, including rubbish archaic equipment. One person per specialism, so if they go on holiday/leave, then there is no one to pick up their work. Way too much work for too few people, but the response to this is usually 'this is the kingspan way'. There is an high turnover of resource, particularly project managers. Employees are not made to feel valued or significant.
