Pros

Decent pay and holiday. Reasonably flexible offering good work/life balance. Relaxed work environment in general.

Cons

Dishonest, unethical practice throughout key functions of the business. Low standards in general. Far too willing to take short cuts. Short-term thinking, cowboy builder mentality is systemic in the organisation. Negative feeling towards the business is very strong for large proportion of staff at factories and offices as a result which does not make for a nice work environment.

really can't think of any - my last employment ended 2010 - can only hope they improved.

Cons

Worked there for only 13 months - before they restructured and outsource several manager positions into the US. Went through 3 general managers, and had boss 5 boss changes. The "f" work was common language, very aggressive production meetings, extremely long working hours - 60 hours plus - and when I was layed off without cause they offered me some money extra for compensation, but not without the condition that I sign an agreement not to sue them for harrassment ...
