Decent pay for mining, great benefits, paid holidays and vacation, lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Remote rural location, very little to do recreationaly, 3 hours drive to nearest hospital and the company is more concerned with their bottom line than anything else. Bitter cold and windy winters. They preach culture and values in all their meetings but seldom did we ever see them practiced.
