Don't know where to start. Do not come work for this company In Fairbanks at Ft. Knox. The Mill Operations managers always have something bad to say about someone. This place goes through people like Donald Trump goes through cabinet members. All around a huge disappointment. They like to fire people. If your not on the good ol boys list your history it doesn't matter if your a hard worker or not the will keep the cross hairs on you. If you have a family I would think twice. There is no such thing as job security here. Moral is always poor in the Mill and one is constantly looking over his shoulder.

Isolated sites. Limited growth opportunity. Pay is not commensurate with the living condition. Poor health insurance with very deductible. People have to put up with some very sketchy middle-management. The Technical Services team is technologically outdated and its management lacks leadership, trust, vision and integrity. The employees are under a lot of stress and often hopeless and negative. High turnover. Change is very slow to non-existent. Only non-contributing apple-polishers will get what they want. Honesty, hardwork, dedication is not valued but a**-kissing and blindly following orders is expected. Good place to be forgotten and antiquated. Accountability for managment is very poor mostly because they are buddies but for ordinary employees there is no second chance.
