Very talented people work at Kinross. Lovely work environment Good social committee Good salaries and compensation Exciting global company Would recommend them to anyone

Cons

There are have and have not departments. Some spend money excessively while others are more fiscally responsible. They are sometimes too slow at making difficult decisions regarding restructuring etc.
