Pros

Employee discount on items is generous.

Cons

Sales associates spend most of their day making floor moves. No stock help. Sales associates and managers must unload heavy boxes from delivery trucks each week. Sales associates also required to clean bathrooms, vacuum, etc. Excessive number of worker's comp claims. Don't work here unless you like demanding physical work. Sales job? More like heavy labor.
