Smaller company so some teams lack resources.

All the leaders are white, and even though they work with emerging economies, there are very few leaders who are from elsewhere and generally Americans who are the children of immigrants but raised in America with the mindset of EEUU. It is a secret to be promoted here, there is no clear path. There is no diversity, there are +80% American employees.
