Pros

All I have to say about this company is positive. The compensation is fair and obtainable for anybody who puts in a days work. All the employees are treated fairly and the atmosphere is a very pleasant one to work in.

Cons

I literally can't think of any.

The best dealership to work at. But I stress dealership, not business. Runs like a typical dealership, but compensation can be good.

Cons

Long term employees are treated the worst, while new hires are the heroes. Typical sales pressure, car business probably not a long term career anymore.
