      Pros

      Great place to work overall. Strong enablement program that genuinely prepares you for the role. Management are supportive and clearly invested in your success, they put you in a position to grow and develop. Good culture and the company has solid foundations.

      Cons

      Targets are challenging to attain. Inbound lead volume is low, which means the majority of pipeline has to come from outbound prospecting. The biggest issue is that a large portion of the ICP available for prospecting is locked in a restricted file that reps cannot access, which limits the accounts you can go after. This makes it difficult to build a healthy pipeline and hit targets consistently.
