      Pros

      - Treated like an adult from the outset - No cliques or feeling 'us and them' mentality between departments - People keen rather than obligated to help new starters - People not afraid to ask the hard questions to mgmt/leadership and leadership not afraid to answer them - Really, really good perks (hello free books and unlimited holiday) - Paid and promoted fairly

      Cons

      - Onboarding is very self service and isn't catered to the masses - only people who can learn from being 'booksmart' - There are many ways to skin a cat in terms of how the system works, which systems are used and processes which can make things confusing

      - Klaviyo has absolutely lived up to these expectations set by the interview process and more. There is a real focus on ensuring that Klaviyo is a great place to work, opportunities for personal development and support for work life balance. -There is a huge amount of opportunity for Klaviyo as a business and in the industry. - Loads of great perks and benefits!

      Cons

      As with every fast growing company there can be lots of change as the business and the org structures evolve as we scale, however, I do feel that these challenges are handled with care and consideration by the leadership team in EMEA.

      Pros

      Klaviyo is an excellent place to work. The benefits are very good - great holiday policy and flexibility. The team is supportive with an excellent atmosphere, both working from home and when in the lovely London office (stocked snacks and drinks!). Klaviyo truly attracts the best, and there is a feeling that they genuinely want you to succeed, stay and advance.
