Pros

- Fantastic team spirit in EMEA with genuine passion around what we are trying to do with clients and investing in people for their growth. - Hybrid policy that works…fantastic facility with everything you could want when you do go in. - Great senior leadership in EMEA. - Incredibly smart founders. - Nice benefits… 22 weeks full pay for primary care giver and 16 for secondary, unlimited holiday, free books (any books!) to name a few. - Incredible performance data in recent year and YOY growth. - Unlimited avocados!

Cons

- Fast growth = ambiguity / lack of clear plan in some areas but the company is conscious of this in hiring people that excel with that. - Company need to be quicker to accelerate outside of the US and focusing on mid market + to take advantage of the fantastic opportunity that lies ahead, it’s clear where the continued growth lies for us. - US influence has a tendency to over complicate with bureaucracy simple things that slow us down.

Pros

Klaviyo truly cares about its employees, from its mindfulness towards diversity/inclusivity to its numerous actions that encourage upskilling/learning, to its above-market pay. Especially in London, the work-life balance is amazing.

Cons

It's possible that the company revert back to a model where employees are required to be at the office certain number of days in a week, which is a huge blow to the flexibility we've been experiencing during the Covid-19 period.

Pros

I've worked here for a year and I love the drive to excel, the transparency on certain decisions and the long term vision for the company.

Cons

Klaviyo is now a matured start up but there are still certain parts of it that are chaotic. It takes a high amount of patience and flexibility to adapt to the needs and unexpected swings in the direction of some goals. While I know it may not be for all, it certainly fits for someone who is looking to gather a ton of experience in a short amount of time.
