Salaried employee= a stable job 2 weeks vacation Benefits

Cons

I watch a lot of people not salary come and go due to poor training and support for hourly employees. While some management can get away with anything and not be punished.

Very friendly, passionate people in most departments, HR was helpful, although it seemed like the staff changed alot. Megan H was always smiling and helpful.

Cons

Pay could be better, communication with management was a challenge, there was favortism in which the "rules" didnt apply to some individuals.

Pros

I enjoy working at KTP because of my co-workers. I also really like my position because I get to work with so many people. There is a lot of work to get done, so the day goes quickly. I am never bored.

Cons

Sometimes hard work goes unrecognized.
