Great students, families, and community.

Cons

Twice applied for two different positions within the same group. Current employees are supposed to be interviewed, especially if they have the qualifications. Didn't get a phone call or interview for either position. Only chose those they knew and were part of their social click. Of more than 25 applicants, only brought in a couple to interview with and said there were too many good applicants. Take away, they didn't want to spend the time to interview all those qualified.

Great district with numerous resources available. Staff are great to work with. It's like a family.

Cons

Administration does not value putting money into teacher's and students. Most of district money goes to higher administration.

If you are going to be a working mother, you can’t beat the teacher’s calendar.

Cons

There is no checks and balances for administrators. Central Office allows/supports admin to bully their teachers.
