      Pros

      Wonderful students and coworkers. Schools do a decent job of providing opportunities for students to get involved in and grow.

      Cons

      To much micromanagement from out of touch administration at the school level. They focus too much on minor issues rather than larger overarching problems that would also solve smaller issues.

      Very student focused with a lot of support for teachers and staff.

      Cons

      More transparency and access would be great. Especially with access to information and data.

      Pros

      Superintendent regularly visits campus and gives positive feedback to staff. Hard working teachers and paraprofessionals.

      Cons

      Too many initiatives from district and TEA that must be followed. Principals are moved around each year at some campuses, leading to unstable campus culture. Teachers often have planning periods taken up with conferences. Teachers stay after to finish either their daily work, assigned afterschool duties or sponsorship of clubs.
