      CEO's Unethical Leadership Undermines Company Culture

      Pros

      The salary that the company offered was reasonable. There was one thing about my job that I didn't have many serious complaints about.

      Cons

      The company's weak points stem from the actions and decisions of its CEO. This individual, who can only be described as a scoundrel, has displayed a complete disregard for fairness and justice within the organization. The CEO's leadership style perpetuates a culture of injustice, creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and unsupported. It is discouraging to witness such a lack of ethical conduct at the highest level of the company, as it undermines the potential for positive growth and collaboration.

      Pros

      It was a paycheck. Teachers were pleasant. I was promoted fairly consistently.

      Cons

      The way the IT department runs will drive you insane. If the playing favorites/nepotism doesn’t get to you. The waste of money you see everyday whilst you haven’t gotten a raise in 2 years will. Also don’t expect anyone in the IT management to defend you. We went through 3 different super attendants and 3 different IT managers as well. So don’t expect consistency. Didn’t get a formal performance review for 5 years a in a row. I could go on

      - Concerns will generally not be addressed. - Student to staff ratio - Support staff requires training. - More paperwork than years ago. - Doesn't seem to care about retention.
