Pros

There's not really a whole lot of pros. They might pay a little more than other school districts but not by much.

Cons

Not a teacher-friendly environment. Admin don't support their teachers and create ridiculous programs that only lower standards at the end of the day. They only care about failure rates and give teachers a hard time if they fail more than 10% of their students, even though they fail for not completing all of their work.
