      personal growth, training, always asking for new ideas, promote from within the district, positive feedback, if negative is given will help with a solution

      leadership will try to hold you back from moving up, especially if you are good

      Pros

      Teaching is the hardest most rewarding job one can have. The district has high expectations for its students and its employees. Many opportunities to be involved in and have a say at the district level as part a school.

      Cons

      It is fast paced and there is a lot of paperwork filtered down to the teachers that could be done in other departments.
