Pros
Good part of town, and decent reputation. Great coworkers overall. Parents are mostly supportive.
Cons
Administration is not very supportive, and communication is poor. More and more is expected out of you each year, whether there is time for it or not. Many things I felt should be taken care of on "school time", end up being done on your own time. Teachers seem to have less say each year. Way too much focus on test scores and other "data".
