Pros
Teaching is a great job if you enjoy kids and are fine with managing not only the kids but ALSO their parents. It helps to have a good imagination and a lot of patience. If you are a parent yourself, the insight into what kids go through and how school work is fantastic.
Cons
It can be a pretty thankless job and it can also be repetitive. You have to be ok with making the same salary as the person who gives busy work every day and doesnt care about the kids. It can be extremely frustrating to deak with thankless parents.
