It's been good and bad

Pros

When you have great administrators it makes working there so much better. When they are on track with you and do not let parents sway them from giving a student consequences it helps the classroom management. Technology oriented

Cons

In past years, I have worked with administrators who tore up referrals in front of students or just never called the student in . Not enough computers to implement technology properly.

Emphasis on technology Time off in the summer Ability to earn more money by signing up to work detention, volleyball games or E2020

Cons

Bad admin who don't believe their own teachers over students. Parents over ride any forms of discipline if they scream loud enough. Admin are not processing referrals and instead tearing them up so kids are starting to realize they can get away with A LOT. Substitutes don't show up forcing teachers to have to give up conference periods with no choice.
