Great product to sell, Tool of choice in the Electrical Market. Very quick shipping and high order fill rate. Most of the core items are Made in the USA

Cons

Horrible management, Very backstabbing environment. High turn overrate among sales staff. Managers micro-manage field sales staff. No one in management has much experience.

Klein is a cool brand to work for. The tools are great.

Cons

HR is awful. They talk to people like they’re stupid and like they 100% talk down to people. I also had issues with the recruiting team, specifically the director of recruiting. They can’t keep recruiters there either- people are getting fired or quitting every week. I feel like it hindered my ability to do my job because I couldn’t keep up with who I was supposed to talk to.
