Great people to work with, opportunities to work with others

Cons

No opportunities for growth, management making bad choices for company, only select few get advancement and not necessarily top performers, top performers are expected to stay in their positions so they don't have to train someone else

The company will help you understand multiple aspects of a company that still manufacturers a lot of it's product in the United States.

Cons

The company needs to Lack of leadership in at mid-upper management positions. Lack of leadership and company vision from top management. A once a year address at a company pic-nic by the CEO who is not highly involved in decisions is not sufficient. Top management should be involved and approachable.
