Pros

Engineers and production workers always willing to cooperate and help out as long as you asked. Easy to get time off as long as you requested it in a reasonable amount of time. Great employee tool discount, even for interns.

Cons

Structure of internship program did not seem well thought out. Was often left to find my own work to do. As a first time intern, I could have used a little more guidance. Supervisor also came off as abrasive which was not conducive to seeking him out. Facility lacked a few full time engineers and tried to make up for it with interns.

Pros

Great brand and customer following. Work life balance is supported and they are flexible to insure it happens. If you want to be average and have stability this is the place but dont expect more.

Cons

Klein has the potential to be great but it's management is an obstical to its success. No growth or career advancement opportunities. Pay is under market in most departments. Senior management, which is mostly the Klein family, is disconnected and act entitled. No trust is given to employees. Acknowledging the success of a person is thought of as a management weakness. Those who do succeed are often not recognized or given further advancement.
