Strong brand, great customers, if you like travel and I mean leave out on a Monday and return Friday this might be something to consider.

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest, you have to fight with Klein to take care of your customer. Turn over rate for a position that use to be filled for 10 plus years are now are turning over every couple of years. Management is so disconnected from each territory and putting the same footprint at each location is like trying to sell tall pants to LP's, makes no sense.

Nothing at all. They feed you fruit and bagels as rewards.

Cons

Everything and then some. Poor and inexperienced management. No structure, low pay with high benefits. insurance based out of Chicago rather than Texas very high premium's .
