Exposing employees to coronavirus

Usually they do the right thing, but they failed this time.

Cons

While the entire state is shutting down to prevent spreading of the coronavirus and while every report says if you contain it and quarantine people, you’ll prevent the spread of the virus, our company is making us come in. How are you and how are we supposed to handle being sick with our mediocre vacation time when we have to be quarantined for 2 weeks minimum? Please rethink this policy for the safety of your workforce and everyone else. Follow CDC guidelines and state’s recommendation.

Pros

Strong brand, great customers, if you like travel and I mean leave out on a Monday and return Friday this might be something to consider.

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest, you have to fight with Klein to take care of your customer. Turn over rate for a position that use to be filled for 10 plus years are now are turning over every couple of years. Management is so disconnected from each territory and putting the same footprint at each location is like trying to sell tall pants to LP's, makes no sense.
