Having spent more than 8 yrs at Knack System, i like the most about it is the freedom it provides to all of its employees. Freedom to acquire new skills, demonstrate the skills in a new industry vertical. Coming out of large size corporate setup, i've really been impressed with the overall atmosphere at Knack Systems which has been very friendly and encouraging still very competitive.

Cons

The company process needs to more employee friendly and keeping the right balance between company growth and employee satisfaction

Good healthy atmosphere, no restrictions on dress code, flexibility to work from home

Cons

if we compare with big companies, there are some limitations which can not be fulfilled in Knack like canteen, cab facilities
