Pros

I have been working here for 3 years now. overall the infrastructure, facilities provided, support given by the Top Management,HR & admin staff was very good. Coupled with the flexibility to do the job and the Opportunity given here to participate in the pre-sales activities was great (very rarely we get to see such chances outside).

Cons

As of now no training sponsorships or workshops were conducted for the new SAP devlelopments/changes in my area of work.

Pros

1.Employee friendly management. 2. Work from home is the ultimate facility given by the company where an employee can do his work and fulfill his important presence at home in specific situations. 3. Salary hike is the best part when compared to other companies.

Cons

1.An employee works offshore in US timings works against the nature in the nights. So he will be given some privileges.

Flexibility to work from home, Supportive approach of Management and HR Dept, Friendly environment at office, Food facility along with good cafeteria at Mohali location,

Cons

Mostly Restricted to SAP CRM projects, Late night shifts, Allowances are still following old rate, No outdoor picnic trips for employees
