Pros

Company invests heavily in R&D and training to stay ahead of the technology curve and to provide valuable solution to its customers. Because of these investments and early moves in the cloud space it has become a very strong brand and is very well regarded in the SAP Cloud for Customer, Hybris and SAP ERP space and a large number of successful reference-able customers. Most of the employees are cross trained in new technologies like SAP Cloud for Customer and Hybris commerce solution and work on these market leading solutions. Being a mid size company it provides a great opportunity for an employee to take on new challenges, work closely with customers and sales team and achieve tremendous growth while also providing options for work life balance through some work from home options.

Cons

This is not a typical Application support service company with a 8 AM -5 PM schedule. The employees are constantly challenged and expected to keep abreast of technology and application innovations and deliver projects to highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition the senior employees are expected to lead in various ways eg mentorship, supporting the community via blogs, white papers and supporting in pre-sales effort.

Pros

1. Being a small company, management is accessible to the employees & we can approach the management to address the challenges we face. 2. Flexibility of work. 3. Open work culture. 4. Being a small company, employees get a chance to wear multiple hats which adds to their skill set.

Cons

1. There is not set process for most part of the operational & management of the Organization, which is a challenge to the growth of the employees as well as Organization. 2. No rating process, no KRA/KPI for employee performance measurement, this does not give a quantitative feedback to employees, also there are no reviews in between the final appraisal review process, so the process of continuous feedback & improvement part is completely missing. 3. There is no defined reporting structure which is a confusion for employees on who do they report to officially & so the accountability part takes a hit. This is needed so as to ensure there is no misuse of flexibility provided to employees. 4. There is nothing really apart from work & compensation that happens in the Organization, so there is ample improvement scope for improving the overall work environment by doing activities which will keep the employees engaged as well as give them a feeling of relaxation..This can highly increase the productivity of employees as they will get a feeling that the Organization really cares for their overall growth & engagement.
