The pay is almost as good as if you are from Minnesota

Cons

If you work on a certain crew out of Williston and your not from Minnesota you get treated like crap and they will do everything they can to make and employee feel like crap till that person quits there are to many family members and girl friends of bosses that make working there a pain in the butt but some bosses worked with the big guy in Minnesota so whatever you have to say is a lie because friends come first to management and business is 2nd loose the discrimination
