Pros

Some qualified people to work with. A lot of people with hopes of getting ahead. Can't say much else. Not top tier in anything

Cons

Hq in Bismarck is out of touch with what it takes to be successful in Construction. They are very anti technology and won't hire enough people to support the internal structure they have. They espouse all sorts of integrity and honesty for employees but management is not honest with employees.

The proble is the weather conditions in wa.are not really advantageous for a lot of work hours.

Pros

If you are working full time, it is good, because you are making enough money to pay your bills and whatever else you have to pay. That is only during the time that you have good weather.

Cons

This is a seasonal job, no matter what they tell you. If it rains or whatever kind of bad weather, you will not be working. Or they just let certain special employees work while you sit at home.
